Dear Dusty Attic readers and believers,
We want to start by saying how grateful we are for the support you’ve all given us. Whether you’ve been in the attic since we opened or just joined us. None of the past couple years would’ve been possible without this community.
However, the Dusty Attic team has come to the very difficult decision to take an indefinite hiatus.
This past year has been a lot for us and, as we’re approaching the end of 2025, we’re realizing how burnt out we truly are. It wouldn’t be fair to our writers and readers to try and push through and create something we’re not putting our hearts into and can be truly proud of. This is why we came to this decision.
We aren’t shutting down completely, but for the foreseeable future we won’t be publishing any more issues or accepting any submissions.
We thank you all for your understanding as we take time for ourselves in 2026.
